Hey there! I’m Amanda.
I’m a life coach who teaches women to create the passion in their lives that they crave.
How did I get here? It’s a bit of a long story but around the age of 40, I decided that come hell or high water, I was going to be happy! It seems simple, but at that point, it felt harder than climbing Mount Everest! Through my own work, I have learned that self-worth and self-compassion are the keys to this kingdom. I also realized that once you arrive in this wonderful place, you now have the skills and tools to bring great and fulfilling passion into your life!
Today, I use my training as a certified life coach coupled with a boatload of experience to help YOU learn to love yourself and cultivate a life that lights you up!

You’ve lived in a cultural soup where you’ve been told you have to look a certain way or do a certain thing in order to be happy. You’ve been fed a bunch of stories (or created some yourself) that tell you that your job is to make everyone else happy, everyone else’s life easier, or that your dreams do not matter.
I get it because I WAS YOU. Then I decided I wanted something different, I NEEDED something different. So I dug in and did the work and on the other side I came out a woman who knows her worth, who knows how to teach people to treat me well, and is comfortable asking for what I need. In the process, I got the certification and knowledge that I needed to help you.
